WDTN/Dayton's CW is seeking a detail-oriented sales coordinator to support the entire advertising department and work closely with the Director of Sales. This

Key position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with all facets of the sales department and support a team of hustling account executives.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for order entry and revisions, answering questions and providing information to clients, supporting the Director
of Sales with special sales initiatives and creating and executing on-air initiatives in collaboration with other departments. You will also distribute reports to AEs

and sales management when needed, submit advertising copy instructions to the traffic department and work with other sales support personnel when needed.

To be successful in this role, you must be proficient with MS Office, have meticulous attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work under strict

Deadlines. You should also be personable with good verbal and written communication skills, and have the desire and ability to learn industry software.
