Job Description
The National Sales Assistant is responsible for entering and confirming all new, revised and cancelled national orders in addition to organizing and uploading all political files to the FCC website. He/ She will assist the National Sales Manager in day-to-day duties which include helping with pre-empted/displaced spots, researching billing discrepancies, reconciling credit memos, maintaining Paid Programming schedules, and keeping an organized filing system. He/ She will also work very closely with the National Rep Firm and handle all incoming requests for pre/post logs, order confirmations and anything else the rep firm may need. He/ She will also help cover for the local sales assistant when necessary.

The applicant must have a high level of organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. He/ She must be fluent in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience in Wide Orbit and Medialine is also a plus.
