Job Description
The Digital Ad Operations Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with Sales Managers and the sales staff, coordinating campaigns, assets and reporting through Nexstar Digital Agency Services. Will develop a clear understanding of all Nexstar Digital Agency products, services and execution of campaigns. Will understand and communicate Nexstar Digital Agency polices, deadlines, order of operations and timelines. Will work with the team to help build campaign strategies, utilizing PowerPoint presentations. Will work closely with sales staff and management on campaigns, proposals and reporting. Will attend client sales presentations and group seminars.
• Liaison between Sales Managers, the station's sales team and Nexstar Digital Agency Services.
• Collaborate with Special Projects Coordinator on joint digital projects.
• Assist sales staff with developing go-to-market sales strategies and tactics that result in exceeding company revenue goals.
• Work with the sales team to help build campaign strategies utilizing PowerPoint presentations.
• Be an effective educator and ambassador both internally and externally on the benefits of digital marketing for clients.
• Maintain and develop a strong digital acumen of the Nexstar Digital Agency products and services.
• Assist in the setup, monitoring and deliverables of client digital campaigns.
• Maintain a clear understanding of rate structures and the uniqueness to each digital campaign.
• Work closely with sales staff with digital campaigns, proposals and reporting.
• Assist Sales Managers with setup and presentations for seminars.
• Some travel involved.
