This is a permanent full-time role based in MELBOURNE.

This newly created role supports the Executive leaders of the Sales organisation within Paramount ANZ with their day-to-day activities and will have a high level of interaction with stakeholders both across the Sales organisation, the wider business, and external stakeholders.

Duties and Key Responsibilities will include:
• Diary management and organising meetings and anticipating and managing any potential conflicts
• Booking and managing travel, accommodation and hospitality
• Managing and reconciling expenses, invoicing, and liaising with the Accounts team as required
• Team administration including organising meetings and training sessions for the Sales Team, and managing RSVPs
• Working with our Human Resources and Technology teams to support the onboarding of new team members
• Collating data for meetings and sales meeting agendas and taking minutes
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and supporting the Executive leaders with their client engagements
• Proactively build and maintain relationship with both local and interstate Sales teams
• Preparation of presentations (PowerPoint) often to short deadlines
• Event organization, client hospitality and hosting
• Supporting Network events such as Up Close and Up Fronts.
• Liaising with other internal departments as required including Publicity and Corporate Communications
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Excellent organisation and time management skills with experience in multi-tasking in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• An expert attention to detail
• Proactive and self-confident
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills: the ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life and at any level along with the ability to communicate effectively when working to deadlines
• Be self-directed and experience in managing your time and workload
• Ability to build effective relationships and play an integral role in the wider 10 ViacomCBS community
• Proficiency in all the Microsoft Office suite including strong experience in PowerPoint and Excel
• Willingness to listen, learn, and take direction easily
• Helpful and positive in attacking any task or challenge
• Media or advertising industry experience would be advantageous.
