Communicating Information Security is challenging. At Netflix, we are focused on building a security program that informs and educates our workforce to help drive outcomes. We are excited to have someone join our team who understands security, security people and has the desire to influence positive human behavior. We are looking for a person that is excited about the opportunity to bridge security with a diverse workforce - engineers, studio partners, and senior leadership.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for individuals that…
• Will demonstrate effective communication skills
• Will develop strategies for understanding and engaging the workforce
• Will create efficiencies around how we communicate
• Will collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders (engineering, executives, studio)
• Will help develop content (memos, e-mail, training, campaigns) that stakeholders understand
• Will find various ways to reach our audience
• Will develop strategies and demonstrable links between staff engagement and internal organization goals
