The Product & Technology contracts management team at Netflix provides transactional deal support to Netflix's corporate, studio and streaming product organizations globally. As part of this team, the successful candidate will serve as a central source of truth for all data and information related to the Product & Technology contract management team. They will oversee and manage contract administration and workflows, including collaborating with contract managers on legal summaries, reporting, and collecting signatures. They will liaise with cross functional partners to answer logistical questions related to agreements and reporting.

We are seeking a self-motivated, quick-thinking, proactive, flexible coordinator who is able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment, respond quickly to changes, and show significant initiative.

In this role, you will:
• Coordinate with the contract management team members to ensure we effectively support business needs, including leveraging contract databases, systems, and tools;
• Conduct multifaceted research to support contract creation and negotiation;
• Facilitate the completion and execution of contracts such as NDAs, MSAs and SOWs;
• Optimize and manage contract templates, repositories, and workflow systems;
• Create and maintain information resources for team members and business partners;
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and business partners in a collaborative manner; and
• Maintain flexibility and openness to take on additional projects as necessary to support business priorities.

Who we are looking for:
• 4+ years of relevant experience as a coordinator, contract manager, or paralegal in entertainment focused law firms or legal departments, ideally including familiarity with technology transactions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and research skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience developing and fostering effective relationships across diverse teams.
• Outstanding attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to tackle new subjects and take on special projects as the need arises.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000 - $350,000.
