As our Ads program scales, we're building out a team that will help steward and support our go-to-market strategy, specializing in Inventory Management and Revenue Analytics.
We are seeking a selfless, curious, and passionate leader to join our Ads Strategic Planning & Analysis team and lead this dual-function. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow quickly in this space, working closely with a highly cross-functional and global team, and contribute to one of the most impactful transitions we'll have made in a decade.

Responsibilities will include:
• Inventory Management:
• Manage inventory avails across the Ad Sales product suite, with a deep understanding of our inventory composition, pricing strategies and serving logic / delivery efficiency
• Support Sales and Account Management as the first line-of-defense to evaluate campaign-level inventory throughout the pitch-to-pay process
• Partner with MSFT & Account Management to develop guidelines for Sales & advertising partners to best maximize campaign delivery & KPI performance
• Operate as the Informed Captain of Inventory-related integrations; this includes the development and implementation of business requirements as well as day-to-day trouble-shooting
• Revenue Analytics:
• Partner with Ads FP&A team to inform annual Ads revenue targets/forecasts, combining macro-level supply metrics alongside transactional buying trends
• Collaborate with MSFT to establish a sustainable & reliable data hierarchy used to manage the business, both proactively & reactively
• Establish & steward performance metrics in partnership with MSFT that drives business growth and maximizes our revenue opportunity
• Prepare clear and concise presentations on overall supply & revenue performance on weekly Sales calls
• Work cross-functionally to generate Sales reporting, ensure accuracy, evaluate trends and support optimization to facilitate growth of the business
• Support Sales/SP&A/Business Operations to assess tech stack/platform investments and evaluate the impact of the broader ecosystem over time
Qualifications:
• 9+ years of experience in Revenue Management, FP&A and/or Advertising Strategy
• Strong modeling skills and comfort with manipulating large datasets in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and other data visualization tools
• A strong attention to detail and eye towards using the 80/20 rule to address problems
• Candidates must be motivated, disciplined, flexible, able to work autonomously, and perform tasks with a wide range of difficulties
• Very strong project management, planning and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver under tight timelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build successful relationships and partners at all levels
• The ability to communicate financial calculations with varying degrees of detail depending on the forum. You know your audience and what they're looking for.
• Knowledge of the streaming advertising and ad tech ecosystem is a plus (though not required)

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location.
The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $165,000 - $470,000
