Job Description
The Marketing organization is seeking a dynamic and analytical Performance Marketing expert to execute user acquisition strategies across all paid channels. This role requires a proven track record in direct response, lower-funnel marketing, and will be split across two emerging initiatives– Netflix House and Netflix Games. The ideal candidate will collaborate with key partners to drive incremental conversions and optimize performance metrics. Expertise in web and mobile measurement, and a forward-thinking approach to privacy-first solutions are essential. Strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to navigate technical and creative teams are crucial. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders while embodying Netflix's culture.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and execute Performance Marketing strategies for both Consumer Experiences (e.g., Netflix House) and Netflix Games across paid channels, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategies for each initiative.
• Lead end-to-end project management for performance marketing campaigns across both emerging verticals, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Contribute to Netflix's growth by delivering incremental game installs and incremental ticket sales/revenue for Netflix House.
• Be a thought partner for Business Operations and Data Science & Engineering (DSE) to develop testing agendas with incremental conversions in mind. Have an understanding of relevant platforms and tools, such as Mobile Measurement Partners and CAPI solutions.
• Evaluate and report on key performance metrics, optimizing strategies and tactics accordingly.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across Netflix House, game studios, and regional teams, providing best-in-class partnerships.
• Partner with brand and creative strategists to ensure the delivery of high-quality impressions to potential customers.
• Maintain and enhance Netflix's relationships with media partners, unlocking additional value and opportunities.

Requirements
• 7+ years of implementing successful customer acquisition strategies and managing campaigns in the experiences industry, games industry, or other fast-paced businesses.
• Resourceful, endlessly curious, and has a high comfort level independently managing complex projects with many moving parts and stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of performance marketing algorithms, incremental-based KPIs, and creative best practices.
• Comfortable building campaigns and ads in platforms' ''Ads Manager'' tools for businesses (e.g., Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads Manager).
• Strong measurement background. MarTech experience with platform solutions e.g., CAPI, and mobile measurement partners e.g,. Appsflyer a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication capabilities with the ability to work across both highly technical and highly creative teams.
• Analytical with an ability to craft a clear and concise data-driven narrative.
• High tolerance for change, and the capacity to accomplish enormous amounts of work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Strong level of ownership, accountability & ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different projects.
• Respect, understanding, and enthusiasm for Netflix culture.
