Job Description
Members can watch as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, on any internet-connected screen. Members can play, pause and resume watching, all without adverts or commitments. At Netflix, Talent Acquisition is a high-impact and strategic business function with a strong seat at the table. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled at identifying and engaging with great talent but who is also highly strategic in their approach and can use research combined with business and market knowledge to help the talent team influence decision making.

What are we looking for?

We're experiencing high growth in our UK business and therefore we're looking for a Recruiting Researcher for a 6-month contract. We're after a strategic TA expert with strong research acumen and background in hiring top talent. You will partner with talent partners in the UK who are building our business globally and sourcing, creating, and promoting great content. The Recruiting Researcher will be responsible for providing a well-rounded search experience to a wide range of stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
• Work with the Talent team, as a trusted thought partner, to understand specific needs to attract and engage with top talent. To that end, someone who is highly curious and asks great questions to build their business acumen will be especially successful in the role.
• Partner and work hand in hand with our in-house Recruiters to build strong relationships with hiring managers, challenging and coaching as required. There is no hierarchy to the Recruiter-Researcher relationship - it is a complementary partnership, which flexes according to each search need.
• Own and drive the sourcing strategy for a variety of roles and manage the overall health of a search's pipeline: depth, breadth, and diversity.
• Strategically utilize LinkedIn, online research, events, etc. to engage highly passive, sought-after candidates. Be proactive about exploring alternative sourcing channels.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and make judicious decisions on fit for a particular role or team, in addition to thinking through fit for our unique company culture.
• Be an advocate for continually raising the bar and ensuring that candidates understand and embrace our culture of Freedom & Responsibility.

You are
• Passionate about research and curious about market trends, with the ability to translate your findings back to the business.
• Self-motivated and directed; the ability to collaborate is a must, but you will be autonomous and expected to succeed without a lot of direction.
• Proactive; taking initiative and follow-through is a must.
• Accustomed to multitasking and meeting multiple, tight deadlines.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• An experienced talent acquisition partner who brings a diversity of experience from working within an agency and/or in-house environment

This is a contract role with an initial assignment duration of 6 months. As PAYE Contract Recruiting Researcher, you will be engaged via one of our trusted partners.
