Job Description
The Contingent Talent team is responsible for the strategy, operations, and guidance across the Temp-Worker, Independent Contractor, and Vendor space globally. Our team makes it easy for Netflix managers to engage with the contingent workforce by providing training, education, and guidelines to minimize Netflix's risk when engaging contingent workers (non-employees). We offer data and insights on contingent worker planning, hiring, and strategy which enables our business partners to make informed decisions and engage the right contingent talent, quickly, through a great experience.

We are looking for a Contingent Talent Operations Specialist to join our talent organization in Singapore. As a member of the team, you will be the ambassador of the contingent worker experience. Your responsibilities encompass coordination of contingent payrolling services, administration for contingent on/off-boarding, and maintaining contingent worker and supplier data in various systems. The Operations Specialist will provide ongoing support to the contingent talent team on a day-to-day basis, reporting to the Manager of Contingent Talent in Singapore.

In this role you will:
• Own the operational onboarding journey and setup for up all contingent workers at Netflix
• Interface with various teams to drive improvements to the contingent candidate experience - provide a memorable experience from interview through offboarding
• Collaborate with Contingent Talent Partners, CT Managers, Hiring Managers, and other partners (Executive Assistants, Workplace, Technology & Talent Experience, Operations teams, etc.)
• Provide support to contingent workers, managers, and supplier partners via emails, various tools, and chat channels
• Action system updates and provide reporting related to transfers, data changes, and end dates in various systems and tools including our HRIS, CRM, ATS, and Contingent Talent Management Tool called Wand
• Drive system configurations & tooling enhancements based on workflow changes/optimization.
• Support contingent worker inquiries related to time-carding and expense processing
• Maintain and improve internal documentation on workflows and guides
• Assume day-to-day system operations to support smooth requisition flow and optimization of actionable reporting
• Own a variety of projects requiring you to partner with internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Experience:
• HR, systems administration, staffing-agency, and/or client service experience is ideal
• You will bring 5+ years of equivalent experience
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• You are a good problem solver, you know the right questions to ask to take on the situation at hand using the resources available to you
• You have intermediate experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Slides, etc), Airtable, DocuSign, and various recruiting & HRIS systems
• Experience with Workday and Staffing VMS tools a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask
