Business Systems Analyst - Workday Payroll (APAC)

The Netflix Finance Technology team manages and delivers applications for the constantly evolving needs of our finance organization. As Netflix grows globally, we continue to look for the best and brightest talent to scale with our growth opportunity. Our team is seeking an outgoing and curious Business System Analyst to work in a rapid development environment with multiple internal business customers throughout the business.
This position will reside in the company's Singapore office and report to the Finance Technology Manager. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a deep understanding of systems and processes in the payroll space. An ability to think critically and outside the box is a must. Responsibilities:
• Gather requirements, implement, and support functionalities within Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
• Work with cross-functional teams within Netflix including Global Payroll, Employee Services, People Tech, Accounting, Benefits, and Stock Administration.
• Configure systems and business processes, and build reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Design and support inbound and outbound data exchange between Workday ERP and other internal/external systems.

Desired Qualifications/Skills:
• Deep experience working with payroll systems, with functional knowledge of global payroll domains and processes.
• In-depth enterprise software experience in ERP systems like Workday/Oracle/SAP/NetSuite. Having Workday experience will be a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and QA, and familiarity with the SOX process.
• Experience working with 3rd party payroll integrations
• Ability to work well with business users in solutions design, development, and quality assurance.
• Established verbal and written communication skills.
