The core Advertising team is charged with building a new, best-in-class Ads organization to establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners and to drive advertising revenue. As part of the Business Operations & Strategy team, Netflix is seeking a Sales Enablement Partner to support the EMEA and APAC regions.

This role will create a remarkable and equitable learning experience for our sales teams in EMEA and APAC to help empower their growth and achieve results. As a strategic partner to many cross-functional teams around the company, you will act as the voice and representative of the regions as your end customer. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, adept at project and stakeholder management, and able to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal guidance. The role will report directly to the Director, Ads Sales Enablement and Training.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with regional Business Operations teams to ensure enablement programs are integrated into the regional go-to-market approach
• Partner with the regional Sales Leadership team to plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality learning programs that are aligned with regional sales priorities
• Facilitate enablement workshops and sessions and translate relevant content for regional use (EMEA/APAC)
• Develop communication plans that reinforce the regional relevance of global initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a world-class learning experience for regional sellers (EMEA/APAC)
• Report on success metrics and draw insights from the data

Experience:
• 7 - 10 years of experience in ad sales and/or working as a Global Sales and Operation Lead, Curriculum Designer, or similar roles leading strategy for a global sales team.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management, presence, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience facilitating training or other related activity
• Experience working with LMS like Intellum, Articulate, or similar
