Talent Acquisition Operations Lead (Contract) - NBCUniversal

Responsibilities

What You'll be Doing:

You'll join our Talent Acquisition Operations Team and report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations. You'll be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruiting process. You'll execute on process improvement for Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities
• Provide dedicated troubleshooting, system navigation and processes support to our Talent Acquisition Recruiting and Coordinating teams
• Produce and maintain operational documents including process workflows, standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Work closely with TA and TA Ops on process improvement opportunities including but not limited to automation and standardization across Business Units
• Communicate process changes to TA team
• Manage, process and track vendor invoices
• Support ad hoc projects and requests from key stakeholders
• Actively participate in team huddles, Town Halls, and our online communities in Microsoft Teams to be aware of company priorities, events, and initiatives surrounding recruitment

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years talent acquisition operations experience in a large-scale corporate environment
