Reporting to HRD, the Senior HRBP will provide comprehensive HR support across assigned client groups, both in Miami and Latin American region, as applicable.

Responsibilities:
• Provide HR business partnering to assigned client groups and business leaders in Miami and Latin America. This role will be responsible for driving key HR activities and initiatives in the areas of – employee engagement, organizational design, recruitment & retention, employee relations, learning & development, reward & recognition, performance management and coaching, compensation planning and analysis, communications, etc.
• Partner with business leaders and HRD on people strategies and provide HR guidance and input on decisions to execute and enable business goals
• Liaise with regional HRMs to influence and drive HR agenda for business unit
• Builds strong relationships with assigned client group, collaborates closely on problem resolution, change management and implementation, and employee development
• Provide coaching to department leaders and employees, offering feedback and advice on organizational issues
• Liaise with Legal to address complex employee relations issues and investigations
• Leverages data and people insights for guidance and decision making
• Partners with clients to review and design org structures to support business needs
• Partner with Compensation team to analyze market/internal data to ensure competitive compensation packages, that attract and retains top talent
• Accountable for the management of Headcount Tracking and C&B Budget through close liaison with finance and business. This includes planning and updating in and ongoing basis in accordance with financial reporting cycles
• Co-create learning & development strategy, identifying opportunities to improve our WeUniversity initiatives and build on our DTC-readiness capabilities
• Help drive Employee Opinion Survey action planning and execution

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field of study.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR partnering experience.
• Project Management Experience.
• Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal), Portuguese a plus.

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in Miami, FL.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

• Confident in identifying and escalating key points/issues.
• Self-Starter and capacity to work autonomously.

• Experience with SAP and Smart Recruiters a plus

• This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
