Job Description
Responsibilities
The Special Projects Coordinator, reports to the Vice President, Business Lead of Advertising and Partnerships organization. The role entails working closely with the Vice President on priorities for the team ensuring the seamless execution of tasks and assisting as a back-up to the EA. The job includes both administrative and project support.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Update and maintain Chairman and Executive Advisor's calendars, process expense reports, and perform other administrative duties as assigned
• Execute special projects with various Ad Sales teams including but not limited to event planning and management, gifting/merchandising, on-site event assistance
• Coordinate logistics for events and trips including but not limited to scheduling transportation and reservations
• Manage internal communications, town halls, and other NBCUniversal events including uploading and operating teleprompters, scripts and overseeing IT assistance
• Manage Peacock Committee budget, attend all meetings, act as proxy for executive advisor as needed
• Order and stock appropriate office supplies and equipment for executive office
• Committee events and other opportunities to be front and center for employees such as town halls
• Manage the approval and fulfillment process for charitable and client sponsorships to ensure quality control and timely executions
• Manage sponsorship & merchandise budget documents

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
• College Degree or equivalent experience
• On average 1+ years of experience at an agency, media company, sales organization or in research, where the individual was responsible for presentation, creative and promotion development.
• Experience or interest in the media and advertising industry
• Need for good judgement and ability to respond to requests quickly and accurately
• Need to interact professionally with high level executives

• Thorough knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc and presentation proficiencies
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Photoshop
