Responsibilities
The primary function of the Sales Manager – Repertory is to assist the Vice President in licensing Repertory content to theatres. Additional responsibilities include handling various Operations and Administration duties for the Repertory department and collaborating with the Accounts Receivable team in ensuring the collection of box office reports and film rental from dedicated Repertory customers.
Responsibilities:
Sales
• Builds and maintains good relationship with all Repertory exhibitors – including dedicated circuit/buyer accounts
• Collaborate to determine Priority and Opportunity Repertory titles
• Assists with sales of major re-releases
• Advises and reviews in the completion of the quarterly Repertory Newsletter
• Regularly review shared Repertory Sales inbox which helps assign and prioritize Repertory request responses accordingly
Operations & Admin
• Prepare/send weekly 35MM print shipping list to Film Shipping team
• Work with Ops/Admin teams to ensure title and theatre accuracy in Unistar
• Review Missing Bookings / Showtimes Missing Bookings – contact exhibitors to ensure all dates are properly licensed and booked
• Prepare weekly Booking Re-Confirmations for Exhibitors
Accounts Receivable
• Collaborate closely with all Accounts Receivable Coordinators (ARCs) – especially the ARC dedicated to the Specialty circuit - to ensure timely collection of box office reports and film rental
• Weekly review of Trial Balance for any past due items
• Research and update all Repertory EBOR kickouts and confirm with exhibitor if submitted grosses are correct
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of sales or distribution experience
• Administrative experience/Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Relevant background in Sales and/or Distribution

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week
