Job Description
Responsibilities

Supporting the Kids & Family team with all aspects of the licensing activities NBCUniversal's Kids & Family filmed entertainment and television products to Linear (Free TV, Basic & Pay TV) and On Demand customers (Subscription VOD, Free VOD, Ad-based VOD).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with the VP Sales Liaison & SVP, and Head of Family Entertainment to develop, implement, and achieve the annual sales budget for the territories and clients through identifying, developing and implementing sales strategies that maximize opportunities for incremental sales.
• Manage and maintain budget tool, provide reports as necessary. Work with the team on budgets and forecasts.
• Manage sales of selected incremental deals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationship with clients. Responding to client queries and requests.
• Managing client relationships, including direct sales and sales support.
• Maintain real-time knowledge of market developments and dynamics as well as the local regulatory environment.
• Maintaining and updating pipeline information, ensuring teams are aware of latest avail changes.
• Ensuring contracts and rights management system in-line with terms agreed with clients. Liaise with Contract admin to ensure rights management system is up-to-date.
• Support formulation of strategic sales plans and priorities through research and analysis of product/market/country data to enhance the market share of NBCU products in the territory.
• Contribute to pricing and packaging strategies and assist on developing and maintaining models and updating sales tools as necessary.
• Maintaining, updating, and amending contracts. Working with sales admin and legal to ensure contracts accurately reflect agreed terms.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Sales Admin, Marketing, Business & Legal Affairs, Finance, Digital, and other internal parties) to resolve issues, communicate updates and ensure timely responses to customer needs.
• Partner with the general entertainment team so that Kid's & Family is included in volume deals where applicable.
• Prepare sales materials, including the ability to use in-house sales tools to create availability lists & sales history reports for client selections and research product information.
• Prepare and manage regular client product information/ updates, such as produce notifications, dedicated product presentations and direct clients pitches.
• Perform other sales duties and/or special projects as assigned.
• Diary, travel and expenses management and maintenance.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• A natural flair for sales combined with an entrepreneurial outlook, strong analytical skills and attention to details. Ability to use various finance and sales tools.
• A high level of interest in, passion for and understanding of all forms of content in general, and Kid's and Family content in particular.
• Practical experience of initiating, driving and leading content deal negotiations with third parties.
• Knowledge of European Television Market.
• Experience of initiating, growing and developing relationships with New Media, Free TV, pay/satellite/cable/broadband customers.
• Strong customer focus, committed to adding value and best possible satisfaction of customer needs. Cultivates a deep, proactive understanding of customer requirements and goals.
• Ability to effectively collect, collate and present market/client/product intelligence to senior management and internal teams.
• A team player with great interpersonal skills and who is enthusiastic, inquisitive, creative and driven.
• Strong organizational skills: reliable, detail focused, strong sense of initiative with the ability to effectively handle multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook – and ability to learn new computer systems used internally.
