Job Description
Responsibilities
The Sales Coordinator will support the VP of Sales during the pre & post sales process, as well as being responsible with following up directly with clients on projects assigned by the VP and ensuring all contracts are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities
• Work with SAFE internal system by managing ''availability reports'' per client, per country, & history reports as well as inputting field orders and any changes made.
• Responsible for the preparation and management of all Field Orders
• Work directly with our Latin America clients on any materials issues and resolving their problems. Additionally manage all client sales material requests (for example: screeners, press kits, digital sites)
• Deal with internal constituents (i.e. Legal, Servicing, Administration, etc.), as it pertains to contract preparation and product fulfillment.
• Provide availability reports for sale liaisons; making sure reports include detailed information such as restrictions, regulations, runs, episodes, etc.
• Manage as first point of contact for clients on any additional issues and ensure timely response to external and internal clients
• Provide New Media support by confirming the availability and price tiers for Universal titles in EST and VOD platform (iTunes); identify titles that are suitable for monthly thematic promotions and ensure they are properly displayed in EST platform (iTunes).
• Preparing Budgets and all Sales Presentations.
• Manage and maintain all client records, client history and the client database.
• Manage and facilitate the schedule of event meetings for markets (NATPE, LA SCREENINGS, MIPCOM, etc.). Work closely with Marketing on client communication for the Latin America market.
• Coordinate monthly calls to discuss content with the subbing and dubbing teams in order to successfully translate content needed for the LatAm regions.
• Work closely and maintain relationship with the legal, service, marketing teams in order to collaborate on content buying, availabilities and releases.
• Maintain contact with the LA team for product management.
• Ensure that finance is up-to-date with volume deals to ensure accurate budgets are created.
• Stay in contact with clients and ensure all their needs are met and that there is no miscommunication.

Qualifications/Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Sales or equivalent degree/certificate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
• Language: Fluent in English and Spanish

Eligibility Requirements
• Must be willing to work in the greater Miami, Florida area
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be willing to work late evenings, and occasional holidays or weekends per business need
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
