Job Description
Responsibilities
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for various aspects of account management while providing timely and accurate information and support to the Direct to Scale – Performance team and clients.

Responsibilities
• Clear incoming sales order against available inventory and input sales orders into traffic systems
• Distribute pre/post logs to clients
• Process traffic discreps, credits, invoice requests and adjustments
• Enter media deals and process all preemptions, moves and revisions weekly
• Liaise with traffic to resolve all advertiser podding issues
• Provide backup to account executives and agencies
• Collaborate with finance and agencies on credit approval process of new advertisers/agencies
• Coordinate and supervise the execution of integrations within shows

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Must know Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PPT
• Knowledge of Dealmaker is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of OnAir is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of Direct Response/performance advertising is a plus but not required

Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

• Minimum 1 year experience working in an Ad Sales or Traffic/Scheduling environment
• Willingness to work overtime
• Must be team-oriented and have a strong work ethic
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good time-management and organizational skills
• Must be able to multitask
