Job Description
The Project Manager is the primary production and project management point of contact for the NBC Entertainment Creative Marketing department and is responsible for managing and tracking the development, production, post-production, and trafficking of materials used to market the brands and shows of NBC Entertainment on multiple platforms, including, but not limited to: paid advertising, promotion, organic and paid social media, OOO, and linear and digital distribution platforms (Peacock, Press, Affiliate Marketing, NBC app, VOD, Hulu, Roku, Apple TV, etc.). The ideal candidate will be a creative, motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, winning attitude, appreciation for data, and a solutions-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create an agreed upon ''needs list'' of promotional assets that will be developed, executed, and delivered by the creative content, editorial, integrated design, and finishing teams in a timely manner and on budget
• Responsible for managing the assets, which include, but are not limited to, video, digital, social, print, motion graphics, and radio/audio for the entire marketing campaign from development through execution, supporting, and tracking projects for and with stakeholders, internal creative directors, producers, and external vendors
• Acting as a point of contact between requesters and creative directors to foster effective communication on the needs and timelines of work commissioned
• Raise concerns as needed and bring the appropriate creators and requesters together to troubleshoot quickly, managing expectations and adjusting as needed
• Create, administer, and supervise timelines for all creative leads
• Oversee the acquisition of show/shoot footage/photos/stock footage/etc. needed for execution in conjunction with the Designers, Preditors, Creative Directors, Associate Producers, Shoot, Photo, Programming, Show Production, Tech Ops, and Legal teams
• Manage budgets (forecasting, tracking, actualizing, invoices, etc.), onboarding, contracts, negotiations with external vendors/agencies, security reviews, and other infrastructure responsibilities
• Implement and set up campaign parameters in request/project management software (Airtable, Basecamp, etc.), allowing the submission of all job requests and tracking of media/assignments, while working with the designers, preditors, scheduling, paid media, digital and social teams to assure accuracy of all submitted requests
• Initiate and attend meetings, brainstorm sessions, and other internal and external conference calls related to assigned campaigns
• Consult with Music Rights, Legal, Rights & Clearances, Programming Development, Talent Relations, Shoot Teams, Legal teams, etc. as needed to license, obtain, and ensure legal approval and compliancy on all assets/projects per NBC policies
• Track music, commercials, needle drops, composers, etc.
• Quality Control of content and specs to ensure accuracy before delivery
• Ensure all approvals have been obtained internally, externally, legally, etc. before marketing assets are widely released
• Partner with the Shoots and Photo teams to scope and schedule marketing and gallery shoots while managing asset distribution and approvals
• Collaborate with Post, Operations, Technology, and Engineering teams to create, refine, and reimagine workflows that are streamlined and efficient
• Work on special projects as needed
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• Strong Project management experience in a video, print, motion graphics, digital, and/or social media marketing agency or production company
• 3-5+ years of Film or TV Entertainment experience in a similar field
• 3+ years working in video post-production, broadcast, or digital
• Bachelor's Degree

• Airtable and Basecamp knowledge a plus

• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week

Salary range: $85,000 - $105,000 (bonus eligible)
