Responsibilities
OVERVIEW

The Programming Coordinator will support the Content Manager in building, proofing and distributing unique program strategies to increase viewership and audience share across the LATAM region. This position is heavily reliant in understanding the strategy, high attention to detail and ability to prioritize.

Qualifications/Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Input monthly programming schedule into content management system, assigning break structure and versions for each program
• Extract weekly files and EPG report to create monthly episodic grids
• Distribute all programming documents, showcasing new content and monthly highlights to several departments; including ad sales, marketing, on-air promotions and operations
• Process metadata and maintain records of translated titles and synopses of movies and series
• Run the weekly IBOPE Report and do the follow up of Insights/Research Report
• Comply with Legal restrictions across the region
• Screen content and provide detailed feedback to management on potential acquisitions
• Collaborate with On-Air, Ops, Media Planning, and Editorial teams to improve consumer experience
• Participate in brainstorming with the Content Manager to support the strategy of the channel

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
• Demonstrable passion and knowledge for content (film / TV)
• Experience working in various content management systems
• Experience working with Latin America in order to understand the different practices, rules, regulations, and markets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work with tight deadlines & prioritize effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
• Highly motivated team player with a good sense of initiative

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years' experience Media, Entertainment or Advertising industries
• Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint user
• Possess high attention to detail
• Demonstrable experience in dealing with programming / scheduling / traffic systems a plus
• Bachelor's degree in media communications or relevant field
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and Intermediate English
