Job Description

Support for the Regional Film Services area to coordinate the delivery of localized films to the cinemas in LATAM 30+countries. Working along with the Regional Marketing and Distribution areas to reach release dates and send localized materials to theatres.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible of ordering and ensuring the timely delivery of theatrical content to the cinemas considering release date, formats, and technical requirements in each one of the different Latam territories. Liaison between local offices and duplication vendors for the delivery.
• Request content from mastering vendors, based on availability of materials and each country's distribution and marketing requirements, to ensure a timely release that aligns with the marketing campaigns and distribution strategies.
• Lead data gathering efforts and ongoing reporting redesign to increase the efficiency and insights available to the operations teams.
• Generate reports on delivery efficiency and create purchase orders for vendors depending on delivery results.
• Guarantee all content is approved for exhibition before release.
• Ensure the correct delivery of pre-release confidential materials to local vendors such as duplication labs and dubbing studios for film postproduction and localization. Make sure all legal and financial requirements for approved operations vendors are up to date.
• Plan and approve schedules with dubbing studios and other localization vendors based on materials delivery times provided by the studio and filmmakers.
• Advice Regional Operations Director on budget planning and cost approval. Including creation and revision of TCRs.
• Report dubbing schedules and costs to HO. Upkeep costs databases and dashboards to be used by management team to improve decision making and financial planning.
• On site revision and approval of content delivered by dubbing studio, taking into account quality standards held by the studio and the filmmakers.
• Support the operations and marketing teams when working with Star Talent for dubbing projects.
• Aid all operations vendors with payment and invoicing procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Advanced English
• Experience or studies in business administration, industrial engineering, communications, film production
• Intermediate or advanced Excel management
• Desirable project management platforms knowledge
• SAP knowledge
• Able to identify and improve processes with data
• Financial and budget planning skills
• Advanced linguistic and grammatical skills in English and Spanish
• Proficient in prioritizing tasks
