Procure-To-Pay Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities
• Coordinate with NBCU Corporate A/P team all necessary inputs and data for timely payments of vendor invoices, including vendor registration, monitoring A/P and PO aging reports
• Manage and monitor credit card programs (T&E and P-Card), including reviewing spend metrics, aging transactions and coordinating with NBCU T&E/P-Card teams
• Facilitate the check issuance process for our Telemundo Studio productions
• Deliver training to non-financial and financial team members, e.g., vendor registration, submitting wire payments, etc.
• Manage the approval workflow for POs, invoicing and p-card transactions
• Display a passion for and expertise in accounting activities and procedures to support and reinforce key business objectives

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience

Eligibility Requirements
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice as needed
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be willing to work in Miami, FL
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Desired Characteristics :
• Demonstrated knowledge of full-cycle AP and internal controls with 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Expertise with SAP
• An ability to prioritize and direct your own work to meet deadlines and desired outcomes
