Responsibilities

Role Purpose:

The media coordinator assists in the planning and execution of all off-channel media efforts across the Entertainment portfolio. The coordinator will report to the Sr. Manager of Media and will have the opportunity to work closely with the larger Media and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities Include:

MEDIA PLAN DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION
• Execute cross-platform media deliverables for all supported shows across paid campaigns, working closely with external agencies/vendors and internal production/creative teams
• Attend and participate in: media briefing sessions, status meetings, agencies/vendor meetings, internal show meetings
• Create media presentations, recaps and performance documents for key stakeholders
• Act as liaison between various internal departments to represent and champion the needs of the media team: creative, brand/consumer marketing, social, production, publicity, digital, on-air
• File and maintain key media materials including agency presentations, flowcharts, authorizations, traffic instructions, and IOs
• Provide general assistance to the Media team

BILLING/BUDGETING
• Code, submit, and track all invoices and estimates
• Maintain billing trackers and quarterly budget documents; work closely with finance team to ensure accurate forecasting
• Set up new vendors and troubleshoot invoice processing, as needed, to ensure timely payment

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of experience in relevant field (TV/entertainment); media agency experience preferred
• Must be a master of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Resourceful, organized, and process and detail oriented
Eligibility Requirements:
• Willingness to travel and work overtime with short notice
• Must be willing to work in New York
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.
