The materials Coordinator will support the Media Operations team by ensuring the availability of the content for scheduling in all linear and non-linear services. This position is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end materials ordering and localization process for all the content belonging to NBCU LATAM channel portfolio in LATAM

Key Responsibilities
• Order and obtain materials such as show, movies, music, etc. to ensure the operations, traffic, creative and programming teams have all content available.
• Reach out to clients and external offices regarding movies and programs and ensure clients are up-to-date with the latest package & content list
• Ensure all necessary content is available and pre-approved to ensure teams are ahead of schedule.
• Work closely with Programming, Traffic, Marketing, Original Production Departments.
• Assist in scheduling the subbing & dubbing for programs, movies by contacting external offices.
• Ensure the invoicing process with language vendors are in place.
• Support the Media Operations Manager with special requests and/or projects to meet department goals+
• Assist in the documentation of existing and proposed workflows

Requisitos
• College degree required
• +2 experience working with a Media, Advertising or TV industry
• Language: Fluent in Spanish, intermediate English
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications
• Understanding of Media Entertainment and programming
• Ability to use data analytics tools (Power Bi, Tableau, etc.)
• Organizational skills and proven ability to manage time efficiently to complete work ahead of schedule
• Proactive and fast-paced attitude to ensure libraries are up-to-date and teams do not fall behind due to outdated inventories
• Strong teamwork mentality to collaborate with internal and external partners
• Maintains good customer service with clients and teams
