Job Description
Responsibilities
The Integrated Sales Marketing Manager, will manage a team of three that will be both client and intercompany facing and is responsible for the hands on development and execution of multi-market integrated sales marketing solutions for NBC7 and T20, utilizing all platforms (TV, Digital, Social, OTT, etc,) and properties (Local News, Prime, Sports, etc) to drive new & incremental revenue for the stations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate competence in a variety of skills as outlined below, and will be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop innovative marketing campaigns for a variety of clients, leveraging the platforms and properties of NBC7 and T20, to drive incremental revenue
• Oversee sales production process for both NBC7 and T20, working with creative service and production teams to produce best in class client commercials and digital creative
• Supervise seamless execution of on-air, digital, OTT & on-site client events
• Supervise and responsible for executing digital campaigns including FEP, SpotOn, native advertising, sweepstakes and display
• Facilitate communication with news, creative services, community and digital departments, as well as NBC legal and corporate digital teams, to create and implement cutting-edge marketing plans
• Proactively identify new opportunities and supply account executives with comprehensive sales materials using MS Office Software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Partner with sales managers and account executions to consult clients and agencies on station capabilities and customized marketing solutions based on the advertiser's needs
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while continually delivering superior work
• Improve client engagement by coordinating and facilitating client events
• Maintain internal & external communication platforms including department share drive, and NBC OTS portal
• Direct the training, performance and long-term development of direct reports

Qualifications/Requirements
Must have advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
At least 3 years marketing or agency experience
Minimum 3 years working in the television or entertainment space
