Job Description
Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
The Entertainment Coordinator will provide administrative support to a SVP, Co-Head of Development and a Director, Development at Universal Content Productions and serve as office liaison communicating with internal NBCU divisions as well as the external business and creative community.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Track submissions, update script log, gather competitive information and keep competitive grid current
• Compile weekend read for the department, plus read and participate in scripts discussion
• Update weekly development report and have solid knowledge of doing power point presentations
• General administrative duties including: answering telephones, scheduling, copying, filing and planning travel arrangements for executives
• Cover for other coordinators as needed
• Perform other related duties as required by management

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of work administrative experience
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA

Desired Characteristics

Desired Characteristics:
• 1+ year in an administrative capacity at an agency or studio experience highly preferred
• Passion for TV development
• Strong writing skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and people skills
• Flexible, personable, self-starter and extremely detail-oriented with the ability to interface with the creative community as well as all levels of NBCU staff
• Ability to work well with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals
