Reporting to the SVP, News Group FP&A, this key role on the News Group finance team will be responsible for consolidated News Group FP&A and Non-TV financial analysis and reporting. Partnering closely with finance leadership at National News, Local and Telemundo this role will be a unique opportunity to drive FP&A reporting and play an integral part in the evolution of our Non-TV financial strategy.

Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for revenue, cost, and EBITDA analysis at a News Group level (National News, Local, and Telemundo) for reporting to both Corporate and Chief Business Officer, News Group and Chairman, News Group.
• Drive the creation of financial presentations to internal News Group senior leadership as well as the NBCU corporate team, including Op Reviews to both NBCU CEO and CFO.
• Partner with SVP News Group FP&A to drive the Long Range Plan/Estimate and Budget processes, collaborating with finance teams across News Group to build consistent revenue/cost views.
• Act as critical partner to SVP News Group FP&A, News CFO and Chief Business Officer for financial and strategic storytelling.
• Challenge the organization to drive standardization in data and process.
• Own the consolidated News Group Non-TV (Streaming, DTC, Commerce, Digital Publishing, Audio, etc) financial reporting and analysis for News Leadership (Chairman, Chief Business Officer, CFO, Chief Digital Officer).
• Aggregate financial insights for News Senior leadership across all Non-TV revenue streams, partnering with other functional teams (Ad Sales, Research and Data Analytics, Strategy, etc) where needed and to drive operational excellence
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a direct report, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in FP&A, proactively recommending innovative solutions to drive business value.
• Assign and execute on other ad hoc requests assigned by the CFO and Chief Business Officer.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in finance, preferably in media / production.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
