Job Description

Responsibilities:
NBCU Ad Sales Center of Excellence is looking for a Director who will help identify and democratize knowledge across the Global Advertising and Partnerships division by building tools and resources for increased productivity. The ideal candidate will have wide knowledge of the media sales landscape, with previous experience interfacing with multiple disciplines and all seniority levels. This position will consult with internal divisions, understanding their needs for systems and process efficiencies and help development training and tools that will spark immediate impact.

Specific responsibilities will include:
• Oversee development, delivery, promotion, and evaluation of systems-specific training programs.
• Work with the Sales Enablement team to learn new systems or system updates and provide training to end users.
• Manage the development and implementation of software/tools training.
• Work effectively with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and team members to develop training materials, including the development of eLearning modules.
• Identify and implement training best practices using lessons learned, industry standards, and learner feedback.
• Analyze and make recommendations for revisions of curriculums based on upgrades/changes to software/system/processes.
• Coordinate publication of systems training material with a learning management system and maintain training-related collaboration sites.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
• 8+ years' experience in related field in designing and evaluating employee development program strategies
• Proven ability to design training manuals for complex technology tools
• Experience in CRM, Sales Planning and Operations, or Media Industry tools
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods

Additional Requirements:
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
