Job Description

Responsibilities
Role Purpose:
The Coordinator is a key member of the Research team, helping the department to deliver actionable insights to all areas of the studio. The Coordinator will aid the research team by contributing to the design, implementation, and analysis across our research efforts. Additionally, the Coordinator will also help support the department SVP with administrative and operational responsibilities.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Help coordinate test screenings, marketing materials tests, brand evaluations, and other research services
• Coordinate with third-party research vendors/partners, keeping track of key project details such as timing, survey programming, costs, TV spot rotations, and data output
• Collaborate with team to draft and edit questionnaires, test screening specs, and marketing strategy guides
• Create topline executive summary reports and other ad hoc summary reports
• Manage the billing system for the Research department
• Help manage the Universal Film Group online research panel using the Qualtrics portal
• Assist with administrative duties accurately and efficiently
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms for supervisor and teams, as needed
• Maintain files and organize other deliverables
• Copy and distribute materials as required
• Additional duties, special projects, and tasks assigned as needed
• Stay abreast of film and research industry news, trends, and best practices

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Background knowledge and interest in market research (professional experience, coursework, etc.)
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
