Job Description
The VERSANT organization is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team! The HR Coordinator will perform a broad range of HR support activities, including employee interaction, HR administration, reporting and analytics, recruitment coordination, and project work.
This role will report to the VP of HR and the broader Operations & Technology HR team. It requires someone detail-oriented, proactive, able to ''see around the corner,'' anticipate needs and thoughtful solutions, and independently manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role is located in our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office. What you'll do:
• Serve as a key partner in the onboarding process for new hires, coordinating from recruitment kickoff through onboarding and orientation, ensuring a seamless new hire experience.
• Support recruitment efforts by tracking candidate activity and liaising with Talent Acquisition as well as various leaders across the organization.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to drive strategic HR initiatives across VERSANT.
• Become a primary user of SAP HR transactions, including onboarding and off-boarding, workflow forms, and security audits.
• Run regular and ad hoc reports from HR systems, analyze and synthesize data, and present insights in a clear and actionable format.
• Assist with maintaining HR systems, records, distribution lists, shared drives, and current organization charts.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive data and documents.
• Support the planning and logistics of meetings, events, and other team activities.
• Manage special assignments and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
What you'll need:
• 1+ years of work experience
• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent work experience
• Foundational to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and run reports, analyze data, and generate insights
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to work overtime when required

Additional Requirements:
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the Englewood Cliffs, NJ office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $50,000 - $65,000.
