Responsibilities
Role Purpose:
Universal Film Entertainment Group is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the divisions US based Theatrical Marketing and International Distribution teams. This position requires a detail-oriented team player with a strong interest in Human Resources. The HR Coordinator will have the opportunity to create a best in class people experience while completing HR administration and transactional work, in addition to partnering with the HRBPs on employee engagement activities and project-based tasks. This position is also responsible for interfacing & problem solving with several business partners including: Talent Acquisition, Finance, Labor Relations, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation and HR Operations.

Responsibilities
• Process all HR transactions for Theatrical Marketing & UPI domestic employee clients. Act as a back-up for other UFEG HR Coordinators
• Proactively manage HR systems in order to ensure data integrity and leverage SAP for reporting
• Liaise with business partners including Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, HR Operations, HRConnection and Finance in order to field questions and resolve day to day employee issues
• Maintain and track all headcount related movements, reporting monthly to appropriate Finance teams
• Generate, manage and maintain accurate organizational charts
• Prepare and process separation documents and exit processes
• Respond and provide timely support of routine HR questions including, but not limited to time keeping, benefits, payroll, vacation or redirect employees to appropriate contacts
• Maintain employee files
• Special projects and other duties as assigned

HR Processes
• Serve as primary user for all HR systems: SAP, BrassRing, TimeKeeper, etc.
• Process transactions related to HRIS employee lifecycle via SAP (Hires, Terminations, Final Payments, LOA, Change in Pay, Promotions, Organizational updates, Personal Data Changes etc.)
• Run monthly and ad hoc reports from applicable HR systems (SAP, Business Warehouse Report)
• Assist with annual processes (e.g., performance review process, talent review, compensation planning, etc.)
• Keep apprised and updated on new regulations, company policies and procedures

Recruiting & Onboarding & Offboarding
• Prepare job requisitions for open positions & partner with Talent Acquisition team during recruitment cycle
• Create a seamless on-boarding experience for all new-hires: collect and process all new hire documentation, review background checks, coordinate new hire set up, review I9 documentation, etc.
• Lead recruiting of temporary talent by working with business clients in processing requests for temporary employees, where applicable
• Process employee terminations including preparing severance packages and submitting final payments, and aiding with the exit process and asset collection where needed

Partner with Administration team through onboarding and offboarding experiences

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• 1+ year of HR or related experience in meeting fast paced employee based, client or customer needs
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
