The Peacock Events & Activations team works to create cultural & consumer connections that build title and brand awareness by bringing Peacock into the physical world through earned media driving consumer-led events & activations.
Our team is seeking a creative, collaborative, and energetic self-starter to work as part of an exciting, fast-paced and highly motivated activations team to help execute innovative press and consumer facing promotions focused on Peacock Title Series and Brand Initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to, experiential activations, consumer and industry screenings, festivals, and promotional merchandise. The ideal candidate will be hyper- organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for entertainment and pop culture.
Responsibilities:
• Support team on assigned Activations projects across Originals and Brand initiatives, including, but not limited to, brainstorming ideas, gathering assets, managing timelines, communicating feedback both internally and to agencies, and being on-site for live events and stunts
• Creation of campaign documents and tracker, including campaign one-sheets, presentation decks, collection of social posts and sentiment and creation of campaign recap decks
• Work collaboratively with PR, Social, Talent and Influencer Engagement partners to manage guest lists, amplify brand experiences and track social listening metrics
• Aid in communication across internal and external partners, gathering creative feedback and assisting in internal approvals
• Schedule meetings and handle day-to-day operational support including circulating meeting notes and agendas as needed
• Manage tracking and following up of invoices, SOWs, NDA requests as well as setting up all external vendors
• Keep tabs on competitive research and emerging trends
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the entertainment, publicity, and/or media space
• Strong interest in the telecommunications, media, and Public Relations industries
• Preferred Majors: Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field

• Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Office (High Proficiency in PowerPoint is preferred)
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $58,000
