Responsibilities
ABOUT US
The NBC Universal Television Distribution division is responsible for the global distribution of NBC Universal product to all forms of television throughout the world. This includes distribution of current and library theatrical and television product in the pay, free, basic, and digital markets, as well as the domestic syndication of first-run syndicated TV programs, theatrical and TV movie packages.
OVERVIEW
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for creating product packages and title availability lists for international Sales Executives in support of negotiations and incremental sales. This position will be responsible for managing sales planning efforts to support international licensing and schedules via the in-house database (SAFE). This individual will report to the Director, International Sales Planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support Sales team with preparation of by territory customized availability reports.
• Assist Director in tracking Third Party sales information and communicate this to TV distribution. Input sales into SAFE to provide accurate windowing information.
• Have a good knowledge of the NBC Universal catalogue to better tailor product availability lists.
• Maintenance of Avail Tracker database.
• Assist on ad hoc projects and perform other miscellaneous duties assigned by management.
• Tracking and identifying music rights clearance issues for both TV Series and Film product to assist with avails.
• Identifying issues in the SAFE database system as it applies to avail reports and testing new implementations.

Qualifications/Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have superior Excel skills with experience in creating and using macros and complex analysis formulas as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be willing to work in Universal City, California.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.
