Responsibilities
Role

Provide administrative support to the 1st assistant and the office of Chairman of Universal Filmed Entertainment Group. Will report to the 1st assistant.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Support 1st assistant in managing heavy scheduling logistics including all meetings (and their respective attendees), screenings, offsite appointments and international and domestic travel
• Support 1st assistant in managing calls and other office duties
• Complete expense reports for the Chairman's various events, meals, premieres, travel
• Handle important and high-volume gifting for high profile clientele
• Handle other office duties

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum 1 year experience working in an administrative capacity
• Minimum 1 year experience and demonstrated ability in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with individuals within Universal and in the business community
