Responsibilities
NBC News Group is looking for an experienced Executive Producer to lead TODAY with Hoda & Jenna. The Executive Producer will be responsible for shaping a fun, informative and heartfelt daily talk show featuring Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager. The candidate must be a strong leader who is passionate about creating lifestyle content that resonates on broadcast, digital and social media.

Responsibilities Include:
• Oversee and manage the editorial and production teams including producers, associate producers and researchers
• Daily collaboration with on-air talent
• Maintain the voice of the network and work with production team to deliver dynamic and thoughtful programming
• Coordinate with leaders across TODAY brand on ''360'' content for broadcast, digital and social
• Ensure editorial standards of all segments in partnership with our Standards & Legal team

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications / Experience Required:
• Minimum 12 years' editorial experience working in production and minimum 4 years' experience managing a team, preferably at the network level with morning television
• Minimum 4 years' control room experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong editorial judgment, writing and research skills
• Must be proactive and experienced leader with creative ideas on how to make compelling content
• Experience in a fast-paced newsroom, with an ability to anticipate and respond quickly to change
• Team player with cross-departmental collaborative skills

Additional Job Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY
• Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, under tight deadline pressure, including breaking news, nights, and weekends
