Responsibilities will be (but are not limited to the following):
• Communicate with high profile clients via phone, email and written correspondence
• Maintain up-to-date and detailed client contact lists
• Read incoming scripts, creating summaries and breakdowns of the VFX work
• Provide administrative support for VFX bids and pitches
• Maintain current show paperwork updating VFX shot databases & budgets based on latest information
• Manage company inbox, including screening, routing and responding to a large volume of email ensuring all incoming emails are acknowledged swiftly
• Gather materials for pitching new work and promoting current projects, working closely with editorial and Mr. X production teams
• Research stock footage, movie reference, and other elements required for visual effects work
• Public relations support, such as drafting press releases and other marketing correspondence as required
• Work with Operations team to maintain social media platforms
• Assist the Global Managing Director and senior leadership team with ad-hoc projects as required
• Administrative tasks; accurately prepare and file expense reports, coordinate travel bookings, schedule meetings, manage calendars
• Attend project meetings, take notes and provide updates and information as necessary
• Interact and facilitate activities and meetings with various departments and clients

Qualifications

Executive Assistant essentials:
• Experience in a delivery driven environment
• Confident clear communicator
• Excellent organization and negotiation skills
• Team Oriented

Any of the following technical skills is a bonus:
• Strong project management skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Any of the following experience is a great advantage:
• Previous experience in VFX or in a creative environment
