GENERAL SUMMARY
We are looking for an exceptional Department Assistant to join Mirada. Our ideal candidate is someone who is fast-paced, organized and professional that can efficiently manage the day-to-day administrative functions. You will interface with a variety of creative clients and high level executives both internally and externally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage scheduling, correspondence, travel, filing, expense reports and meeting setup.
• Work within department to support current/active projects
• 1st POC for Production Teams on-site needs
• Resource and hold key crew and onboard them upon start
• Track Sales leads and client reach out.
• Ensure completion of all action items through detailed tracking and follow up.
• Serve as a liaison to senior management, employees and external clients.
• Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Self motivated and proactive
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Must be well-organized and handle multiple projects at once.
• Willingness to be flexible with hours.
• Must be able to handle pressure well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Works collaboratively and proactively as a problem-solver.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, including high profile executives
