Job Description:

Sous la direction du Line Producer, le Production Manager est responsable de la gestion quotidienne des activités de la production d'un ensemble de départements. À ce titre, il est garant du respect des plannings et de la qualité des livrables afin d'atteindre les objectifs définis par la production. Il travaille en collaboration avec le Directeur des Productions, le Line Producer, les coordinateurs de Production, les Superviseurs CG et les Superviseurs de Départements afin de gérer les changements dans la planification.

Responsabilités
• Assurer le maintien de planning de production et gérer les quotas de s départements .
• Formuler des recommandations d'amélioration au workflow de production, particulièrement sur l'aspect planning , au flux de l'information et à la gestion des ressources .
• Faire un rapport de l 'avancée de la production de façon hebdomadaire au Line Producer.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Line Producer, les Coordinateurs les CG Supervisors and Superviseurs de Departments .
• Approuver les feuilles de temps des artistes.
• Maintenir une interaction quotidienne avec le client en ce qui concerne des besoins relatifs à la production et aux livraisons.

Profil
• Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Produ ction Manager,
ou Coordinateur de production .
• Expérience dans la production d'animation 3D
ou le VFX
• Connaissances approfondies du workflow de production d'animation 3D
ou du VFX
• Maîtrise de s Microsoft Office et Google Suite , en particulier Excel
• Maitrise de Shotgrid ,
ou d'un logiciel similaire
• Bilingue

Reporting to the Line Producer , the Production Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the production activities
of a subset of departments .

He is responsible for maintaining schedules and the quality of deliverables to achieve the
objectives defined by production .

He works closely with the Head of Production s , the Line Producer, the Production Coordinators , the CG Supervisor s and Departments Supervisors to manage changes in the planning.

Responsabilities
• Maintain overall production schedule and manage departmental quotas.
• Make recommendations for improvements to production workflow, particularly with-respect-to scheduling, flow of information and resource management.
• Send weekly report to the Line Producer with p roduction updates.
• Works closely with the Line Producer, the Production Coordinators, the CG Supervisors and Departments Supervisors
• Daily interaction with the client on production related needs and deliveries.

Profile
• More than 3 years of experience as production manager or production coordinator
• Experience in the production of 3D animation or VFX
• In-depth knowledge of the production and animation workflow or VFX
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel
• Good knowledge of Shotgun software or similar is required
• Bilingual
