Job Description

Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (''MGM'') is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager, Int'l Series and Feature Content for Worldwide Delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Models, creates, maintains Delivery Schedules and Asset Viability Trackers for Premiering content delivering to MVPDs and Broadcast clients
• Identifies client needs, develops a work plan, and distributes work to Customer Service Representatives to fulfill contractual delivery requirements
• Works with lab and its representative to define asset requirements (file or tape)
• Prioritizes workload and expedites delivery needs and special requests
• Manages complex workflows with tight deadlines, with strong ability to pivot quickly to solve delivery-related issues
• Escalates and suggests effective solutions to issues between delivery timelines and studio release plans
• Articulates pricing tiers for products and services relating to file or tape delivery options and relays accordingly to Sales, staff, and customers
• Represents the team in Finance meetings identifying status of material delivery and/or revenue recognition
• Uploads and processes private and confidential content for Sales/Marketing staff
• Represents team on the daily production call with the lab
• Identifies source creation and asset repurposing opportunities
• Trains and supervises the daily workload and operational throughputs of Customer Service Representatives
• Coordinates with other distribution Teams (Sales, Contracts, Finance) to achieve maximum efficiencies
• Vets serviceability of incoming deals and confirms we can meet contractual obligations for delivery timing and required language assets
• Oversees the material rebill process and works with the internal teams to ensure they're submitted and tracked for future reporting

Requirements:
• 5 years prior international digital delivery and servicing experience a must
• 3 years of experience with creation of domestic and international deliverables
• Strong supervisory skills
• Able to assign work and supervise multiple work teams
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to communicate and execute a detailed work plan and report all metrics
• Experience in managing multiple projects to meet aggressive delivery timelines
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office; Exceptional/Pro Skillset in Excel, Project Management, Media Asset Management
• Working knowledge of SAP, Sales Force and Media Rights
