Job Description
The Media Services team serves as the central authority responsible for overseeing and facilitating the delivery of Amazon and MGM Original content to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders beyond the Prime Video platform. This encompasses collaboration with various Amazon subsidiary organizations.
These deliveries are systematically managed through requests submitted via proprietary internal tools, ensuring consistent tracking, accountability, and efficient workflow management.
Where circumstances necessitate, the Media Services team establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with third-party vendors. This coordination facilitates the creation of customized assets tailored to accommodate multiple use-cases and specific partner requirements.
Additionally, the team functions in an advisory capacity, providing expert consultation to partners and stakeholders when technical questions or challenges arise regarding content specifications, delivery requirements, or related matters.
Ideal candidates will possess a background in Post Production or Asset Management. A desire to understand workflows and flag opportunities for improvement is advantageous.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of coordination, project management, asset operations or post delivery experience
- 2+ years of episodic and film workflows technical experience
- Experience coordinating, documenting, and communicating inter-departmental meetings and outcomes
- Experience with productivity and communications tools including Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience in production and post production
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of digital media assets / various file formats
- Experience in the entertainment industry
- Experience leveraging and improving internal tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
