Amazon MGM Studios Distribution is looking for a bright and motivated distribution coordinator to work as part of a small team supporting the London-based Sales & Distribution Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the new Amazon MGM Studios Distribution division that launched last year and oversees the licensing of Amazon Studio's titles, as well as MGM new release and library movies and series such as film franchises James Bond, Rocky and Creed, and series The Handmaid's Tale and Fargo. The distribution coordinators are the primary point of contact and information flow to and from a variety of teams, clients and partners to our group, and the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales & Distribution Team in their efforts to source, evaluate and administer new licensing opportunities across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.
Key job responsibilities
• Ownership of client product availability reports and sales presentations.
• Helping evaluate content licensing opportunities through market research and financial analysis.
• Coordinating rights clearances and material checks with Contracts Services and Delivery Teams.
• Preparing internal deal submission documents incl. deal outlines and approval forms.
• Assisting with the planning and implementation of client screenings.
• Coordinating meeting diaries at markets and events incl. MIPCOM and LA Screenings.
• Liaising with clients regarding general content and deal follow-up queries.
• Updating shared team resources and tools such as client contact database.
• Participating in ad-hoc process improvement projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience with end-to-end project management
