We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finishing Department Coordinator to join our team. The Finishing Department Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the department's operations by assisting with various tasks, including show set-up, scheduling, technical coordination, and general support for the team. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure the efficient and timely completion of projects. Familiarity with entertainment industry post-production workflows and processes is a definite plus.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with technical teams to collect specifications for initial show set-up.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of equipment and materials needed for finishing projects.
• Enter and actualize work orders for operators.
• Communicate with other teams regarding receipt and shipment of files.
• Facilitate distribution of information across team members relating to schedule, tasks, technical issues, etc.
• Responsible for managing the department calendar and scheduling.
• Send out invitations for supervised sessions, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and meetings run smoothly.
• Set up and manage Zoom calls for in-room and remote meetings as required.
• Ensure all technical aspects are functioning correctly to facilitate effective communication.
• Monitor and track engineering issues and updates through the Finishing Slack channel.
• Collaborate with the technical and/or development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in tracking and managing marketing bill-back accounting, ensuring accurate records and reporting.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Senior Manager of Finishing and the entire department.
• Assist in coordinating logistics, organizing files, and handling any other tasks as required.
• Coordinate facilities requests, access requests, and drive-on requests.
• Cover lunch orders and session set ups if our PA is unavailable.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a coordinating or administrative role, preferably in a technical or production environment.
• Familiarity with entertainment industry post-production workflows and processes.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge of relevant scheduling, budgeting, and workflow software.
• Ability to work as part of a team, take direction, and mentor junior post production staff.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure.

The hiring range for this position in California is $51,300 to $66,300 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
