Job Description
The Los Angeles Dodgers Administrative Assistant will support the Marketing, Communications & Broadcasting department with a variety of duties including invoicing, scheduling, supply management, guest management, travel booking, and more. Serve as a departmental administrator with tasks across pre-game and in-game entertainment, publicity, broadcasting, and digital marketing. Assist in handling schedules and facilitating meetings for leadership.

Job Functions:
• Support Marketing, Communications & Broadcasting department in key areas of handling calendars and meeting scheduling for departmental leadership, assisting with processing of vendor contracts and payments, providing support to gameday team by assisting with run of shows/itineraries/special guest bookings, coordinating travel for broadcast talent, leading all aspects of provision of departmental supplies, and additional tasks as needed.
• Lead and coordinate the process of procuring in-game promotional graphics and assist with trafficking as vital.
• Complete purchase agreement contracts, working closely with department leadership and legal team.
• Run invoice processing and track departmental expenses including monthly reports to finance and departmental leadership.
• Monitor vendor contracts and complete all invoice payments.
• Coordinate procurement of departmental supplies including game-day staff uniforms and giveaway items for VIP guests.
• Assist when needed in all areas of marketing department including admin duties and Dodger promotions including pre-game and post-game signature events.

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in sports management, communications, public relations or marketing highly preferred
• Prior work experience at a professional sports team in marketing/PR preferred
• Excellent writing, interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Skilled in word processing and spreadsheet programs
• Knowledge of budget planning and monitoring.
• Ability to thrive in a fast – paced, high-pressure environment
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize and be very meticulous with high ability to multi-task
• Possess excellent reasoning, problem-solving and creative thinking
• Ability to perform duties independently under minimal direction with specific assignments
• Willingness and availability to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends
• Ideal candidate should be motivated, professional and demonstrate outstanding initiative
