Job Description

New Business Development Account Executives sell a comprehensive array of Los Angeles Dodgers ticket-related products with a strong emphasis on full season and partial plan packages. All staff have the ability to sell full menu and will have group sales related goals as well. High priorities will be placed on new business development through face-to-face meetings at the ballpark and out of office. Ideal candidate must be detail oriented and organized with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of clientele.

Job Functions:
• Responsible for the sales of season ticket and partial plan packages to both corporations and the general public
• Meet and exceed established weekly, monthly and annual sales goals.
• Aggressively build new relationships by self-prospecting and cold calling.
• Generate out of office as well as Dodger Stadium ''face-to-face'' meetings to create new opportunities with top area businesses and B2C sales campaign leads
• Continually create and implement unique sales strategies, ideas and programs as a means of producing new business opportunities
• Game day activities include entertaining prospects and showcasing inventory as well as staffing sales tables
• Participate and contribute to daily or weekly sales team meetings and game-day duties
• Perform other related duties as assigned​

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Successful sales experience regardless of previous industry
• Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with software programs such as CRM, Salesforce and Tickets.com ProVenue
• Has shown the ability to be flexible, adaptable, and coachable
• Must be proactive and able to think quickly and independently
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
• Possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
