Role Objective:
We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded VIP, Premium & Experience Manager to join our Product & Experience team in Melbourne.
This is a key role within Live Nation's fan experience strategy, supporting the creation, proposal, and execution of VIP, Premium, and Fan-focused experiences across touring events. You'll work closely with Promoters, Tour Operations, Marketing, and Artist Management teams to deliver unique and memorable moments for fans and clients, while also driving revenue and brand value.

What you'll be doing:
• Creating & Managing VIP Programs Develop proposals and budgets in collaboration with promoters and operations, and lead the end-to-end setup, rollout, and execution of VIP, Premium, and Experience offerings.
• Collaborating Across Teams Work closely with Tour Operations, Marketing, Digital, and VIP Operations to ensure smooth program launches, sales support, and high-quality delivery on the ground.
• Liaising with Stakeholders Act as the bridge between Artist Management, internal teams, and VIP reps to align experiences with fan expectations and production realities.
• Delivering Standout Events Lead the creative direction and supplier management for VIP guest hosting events, ensuring premium theming and execution.
• Tracking Financial Performance Prepare, maintain, and reconcile VIP P&L documents and settlements, working alongside Finance and Tour Accountants for accurate reporting.
• Supporting Innovation & Growth Contribute to the development of new products, technologies, and experiences that elevate the fan journey and drive commercial outcomes.
What you'll bring:
• Experienced in Management Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a similar managerial role required; background in music, events or entertainment industry preferred.
