Job Description

The Role:

The Video Distribution role is a vital part of our video department and responsible for the accuracy of our products, as well as the finalization and distribution.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Review our tour marketing video spots before they are sent for approval or get shipped to all markets throughout North America and make sure they are correct.
• Professional Client interaction in the approval and revision process, as necessary.
• Closed Captioning and Encoding of material as needed.
• Subtitle custom video elements for multiple Social Media platforms
• Digital distribution of finalized materials.
• Understand the entire process of how we create spots to potentially assist with video producer work.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Download and organization of supplied elements for video producers future use.
• Cutting / labeling / tracking supplied video elements for future use.
• Work on special projects/assignments as requested.

Qualifications:
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Media Encoder and After Effects primarily; with some work in Premiere)
• Attention to detail and great organizational skills
• General computer tech skills and understanding
• Motivated and self-starter
• Ability to multi-task
• Decent knowledge of music (all genres)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word applications
• Ability to work well both independently within a team environment
• General proficiency in Spanish (not necessary, but a bonus)
