Sr. Tax Manager

Job Description

• Manage tax compliance of federal separate and consolidated corporate income tax returns
• Manage tax compliance of federal partnership returns
• Oversee maintenance of tax systems – fixed assets and intangibles
• Assist with the review of state income/franchise tax returns
• Preparation of various research memos related to US corporate and partnership tax.
• Ability to manage the completion of work under various deadlines
• Communicate with outside investors on distribution of K-1's
• Manage preparation of ASC 740 tax packages and rollforward of the domestic deferred tax items
• Coordinate collection of information (IDRs) needed in connection with IRS examinations
