Job Description
THE JOB
The Senior Finance Analyst plays a key role in consolidating and harmonizing financial and accounting practices across multiple subsidiaries. This position supports the accuracy and integrity of accounting records, ensures compliance with corporate policies, and drives alignment with financial best practices. Partnering closely with subsidiary accounting teams, the Senior Finance Analyst provides guidance, implements standardized processes, and delivers reliable financial insights to support holding-level operations and strategic decision-making.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Manage and oversee accounting processes while supporting subsidiaries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close activities.
• Support the consolidation of financial statements and management reporting, improving accuracy, consistency, and transparency across all entities.
• Act as a liaison between Holding company and subsidiary accounting teams, promoting best practices and ensuring adherence to corporate accounting standards and policies.
• Monitor holding-level cash flow and working capital, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete financial data from subsidiaries.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy through process standardization, automation, and system improvements.
• Provide reliable financial and accounting data to Holding leadership to support operational planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, audit, or corporate finance, preferably within multi-entity, regional, or holding company structures.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/US GAAP), reconciliations, consolidations, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience managing AP/AR processes, month-end close preparation across multiple entities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English
