Show Day Receptionist - Shoreline Amphitheatre (Seasonal 2025)
THE JOB
US Concerts is seeking a show day receptionist who will assist staff guests at live events. The receptionist will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to assist staff with day of show inquiries.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Answer inbound calls to help resolve our customer concerns through analysis to determine the most effective resolution.
• Assist guests and staff with any questions or needs.
• Manage the filing and logging of lost and found items
• Support various show day projects, often times including tasks on Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point
• Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty
• Adapt to customer needs ensuring they are understood and appropriate action is taken to meet and exceed their expectations
• Keep records of customer interactions or transaction, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as action taken.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Other duties assigned by the General Manager and Assistant General Manager
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Ability to work weekend night shifts and some weekday night shifts (day of shows only).
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel); and other common internet tools
• Professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to build and foster professional relationships with individuals at all levels.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive matters and exercise excellent judgment.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Must be over 18 years of age
PAY: $20 AN HOUR

The expected compensation for this position is:
$19.20 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly
